It's summer; cookouts and eating outside on sunny summer days are what we live for in Chicago! If you want to learn how to prepare healthy options for summer cookouts, this class is for you!
We'll be making and and eating homemade bacon burgers, salad and dressing (once you've tasted homemade salad dressing, you'll never go back to store bought brands). We'll wrap up with a fruit crumble warm from the oven and raise our glasses with a paleo-friendly cocktail.
For this class, I'll provide handouts with recipes, cooking tips, my top twenty spice recommendations as well as cover the dirty dozen and clean fifteen to make shopping simple when you recreate your class favorites at home.
