In this Pure Raw Series™ the Raw Scout will demonstrate quick and easy raw | vegan | clean meals that you can make without a dehydrator or fancy machines. This class is an open space for newbies in the vegan scene, vegetarians, vegans who want to incorporate more live foods into their life, and meat eaters who are looking to transition to, or try clean eating. Samples and recipes will be provided for you to take away and implement at home! Bring your curiosity and a notepad!
After this class, you will have the confidence to try clean eating with the knowledge of how to make basic smoothies, snacks, sweet treats, and a colorful, flavorful side dish all soy, gluten, msg, + dairy free!
