Mylk, Milk, Mylk. Wait a minute, you're probably asking yourself; "why is she spelling milk with a Y?"
Vegan, dairy free and oh so delicious, nut mylks are the alternative to the standard mucus-forming cow and animal milks that many people are sensitive to. Yes, I am sure you've seen the dairy free milks packed in TetraPak boxes sitting at your health food store but homemade nut mylks are cheaper and easier to make without the threat of chemicals from packaging leaching into your food.
It may seem like a daunting idea to make your own mylk from scratch but it's super simple and can be used to bake with, create delicious creamy smoothies, and for a quick protein boost. In this class, you'll learn how to make your very own nut mylks with not only almonds but hemp seeds, and even coconut!
In this class be prepared to sample delicious nut mylk smoothies and learn the techniques on creating creamy milks at home. This class is beneficial for the whole family!
