PROPERTY TAXES TOO HIGH?

Why pay more than you are obligated to pay? You don't need an attorney. Learn how to navigate the Cook County tax reduction process and save a bundle!

This class is for homeowners (single family, condo, townhouses) and will give students the tools to apply for property tax relief and possible refunds of over-payments (if applicable).

I will teach you how to collect the information you need to apply for a tax reduction, and help you with the documentation necessary to obtain a refund; especially if your home is a newer gut-rehab property.

I have won a reduction in all six applications I've done and can help you do the same.
