Join me and learn how to prepare a complete indian meal, roti, curry, a vegetable dish, and raita complete with a cooking demo and recipe walk thru. Learn how to prepare each of these dishes and learn about all the different spices in Indian cooking. At the end, enjoy a complete meal and Q&A.

Shivani's class was wonderful! I didn't really know what to expect, given this was my first dabble class, but this is highly recommended. She demonstrated 3 different recipes and answered all of our questions with grace and patience. It was wonderful to be able to see and smell things up close, and ask questions as soon as they popped in our heads. Then, we all got to sit down and enjoy a lovely meal with new friends! The only thing I wish would've been possible would be a more hands-on experience, since I definitely learn by doing. But given the space and time constraints, the demonstration was just right!
Shivani is a wonderful teacher and welcoming host, sharing the love of cooking she learned from her India-born mother. More like a dinner party than a formal class, she nonetheless imparted wisdom in a way that made it seem accessible and easy.
This was the first Dabble class that I have participated in and it was amazing. The teacher was great - very friendly and provided so much information about indian cooking and the culture.
