Learn how to make the perfect guacamole, salsa and mojitos just in time to throw your own late summer fiesta. Join Chef Donna Binbek for a guacamole/salsa-making demo like no other!

First, chef Donna will teach you all the skills you need to slice, dice, mince, and chop your way through a classic guacamole and salsa preparation. Next, you'll get to sample ingredients from a buffet of savory and sweet options to create your own unique flavors. Types of guacamole and salsa to be prepared are:

- Traditional Guacamole
- Crunchy Guacamole– topped with toasted pepitas or smoked almonds
- Tropical Guacamole– Mango and roasted cashews
- Mexican Traditional Salsa
- Orange Tomatillo Salsa

Be adventurous and explore crazy new flavor combinations, or stay true to the classics. Then you get to wash it all down with chef Donna's delish mojito recipe!

And at the end of demo, you get to sample from the guacamole buffet to find your new favorites and take home the recipes to recreate yourself at home!

Price includes guacamole making demo, recipes and food/drink samples. Limited Mojitos samples available so BYOB is encouraged, please bring enough of your favorites to share!
