Event Overview

A delicious and doughy handheld stuffed with perfectly spiced fillings, the EMPANADA is the ultimate snack in South America and Spain.

With this class, we'll learn to create crispy amazing "Turnovers" as they are called in the USA, while we play some Latin music we will roll out three different types of empanadas together and three different kinds of "Salsa" as topping.

Choose from tropical produce and exotic meats for filling, but the most important: get ready for a Latin American immersion of the food, sounds and flavors.

Don't forget your favorite drink and Tupperware for leftovers.
