Event Overview
Have you ever thought about what you would do if you went on a day hike and got lost, in the winter? Most people wouldn't know how to handle such a situation and many people die each year by making small mistakes when trying to survive.
Don’t become a statistic; join us this workshop for an overview of what to do in a real survival situation. We’ll be going over what to bring in a survival kit, shelter and fire building and how to get rescued.
If you own a survival kit this would be an excellent event to bring it too.

MORE ABOUT YOUR HOST
Robert Reed is the founder of the Great Outdoors and Survival School and has been teaching a large variety of outdoors skills for over 10 years. His experience of wilderness survival has been developed over many years of in-field practice and in depth research of primitive living skills. All of his workshops are taught with a hands-on approach and follows a very simple principle he calls the rules of 3; which states you cannot survive 3 minutes without air, 3 hours without shelter or proper clothing, 3 days without water and finally 3 weeks without food.
