Come join Diana our Certified Integrative & Functional Women’s Health Coach and RPYT each Saturday for 4-weeks at noontime for some online virtual social gathering!
Each week we’ll discuss a new topic pertaining to keeping you and baby well, calm, and sane during this uncertain time in your pregnancy.
Week 1 (3/13/21 at 12 pm): Discuss birth plan and journaling
Week 2: (3/20/21 at 12 pm) Yoga postures for pregnancy and labor; Benefits of meditation during pregnancy
Week 3: (3/27/21 at 12 pm) Nutrition during pregnancy
Week 4: (4/3/21 at 12 pm) Special guest!
*Plenty of time for open chat and enjoy a cup of tea or bring your lunch!
We will include handouts to help keep you accountable and a birth plan template to use with your family.
