I have been canning for almost a decade and love it! In this corporate world of additives and food that is "not real," it is nice to know that you made something for yourself and your loved ones with fresh ingredients that you control. Come on a journey with me into the world of canning. You will find it difficult to go back!
What a great class! I learned a lot about Pressure Canning, and Patty answered all of our questions, about water-bath canning as well. Looking forward to taking additional classes with Patty. If you have the opportunity to take one of her classes, please do!

The Class was excellent, informative and interesting. We were allowed to ask questions and time was taken to explain the steps that we thought confusing.
