'Tis the season! This class is designed for those of you that want to bake your own delectable cookies and treats but without the gluten. These treats are made naturally gluten-free, no unconventional flours and starches added here.
This is a hands-on class. You will bake, make and package your own treats for the holidays. All ingredients used are gluten-free but some contain egg whites, nuts and milk products.
These treats can all be frozen for later consumption.
You will go home with 3 dozen treats including:
Almond Macaroons with Bittersweet Chocolate Ganache
Brown Butter-Crispy Rice Treats
Hazelnut and Apricot Rochers
Light snacks will be served.
If you like, bring an apron.
All ages welcome
