Round Two of this Dabble class, hosted by Chicago’s favorite whiskey bar Delilah’s, will introduce students to the various persuasions of high-aged scotch. Dive into the different brands of scotch and better understand the complexities of flavor profiles across a host of geographic regions.
After a generous taste testing and amount of instruction, students will leave class with a better appreciation of scotch as a drink category and a better understanding of single malt vs. blended scotch. Walk away with the confidence to craft your own mixed cocktails and even gain insight as to which foods pair perfectly with this classic drink. You’ll be ready to impress party guests with your know-how in no time.

Ross Graham is the Master of Scotch for Pernod Ricard and has traveled throughout the eastern half of the United States training and educating distributors, sales reps, bar/ restaurant staff and management, as well as consumers, about the subtleties of scotch. His expertise includes 7 different brands and 35 marks of scotch in the Pernod Ricard portfolio, including: Glenlivet, Chivas, Aberlour, Royal Salute, Scapa, Longmorn, Strathisla and Ballantines. (Say that 10 times fast!)
