Event Overview
This is an introduction to learn basic welding techniques and how to avoid some common mistakes when learning for the 1st time.
We will cover material characteristics and selection. Additionally, we cover cut and prep and finish techniques during MIG and stick welding. (TIG welding will be taught as a follow up class with options for stainless and aluminum depending on interest.)
What to Bring
Work gloves and long sleeve non-flammable shirts. No shorts or open toe shoes.
Minimum age
All ages welcome
What's Provided
All basic welding materials and helmets to be safely shared.
