Want to start writing more and/or better...or just start writing?
Whether you want to journal, blog, publish the great American novel, screenplay or memoir, or just write a more effective email (or love letter) it begins with a few simple tricks and habits to establish a writing practice.
This session helps you self-assess your writing-readiness, banish blocks, and build confidence through introducing a series of exercises in a supportive environment.
Plus you'll receive tips, tools, and practice on idea generation and writing prompts, learn how to use writing you love to read as inspiration and models, and learn about the best references to improve and polish your writing.

I am absolutely grateful I took this class. Julie gave a wonderful presentation on what were some of the issues in writing. Before, this class, I was almost for certain that a great/good writer just had words flowing out them. I learned that writing is a development process. I need to practice and practice. I even got inspired to write down some lines. Thank you, Julie.
