Tortellini is one of those delicious pasta recipes that looks so pretty but intimidates so many. (At least that's how I feel about them.) They're odd shaped, intimidating to read about but a whole lot of fun to make - and hard to describe on a recipe card.
Not to mention something that will really wow your friends and family when you tell them you just whipped up a batch of tortellini this weekend. This class is all about de-mystifying tortellini.
Whether you are looking to expand your pasta repertoire and wow your friends or family or are beginning your cooking voyage and want to gain some insight into pasta making, this class is perfect for you!
We'll go over a basic pasta recipe, fillings ideas (please let me know if you are looking for a vegan tortellini and I will make sure that option is available), shaping tortellini, and cooking suggestions. Then we will dive in and make our tortellini (which you will be able to take home, along with the recipe).
This class is at a brewery so a beer is included with the price of your ticket (if you are over 21, of course).
An apron or clothes you don't mind getting covered in flour! Also, a bowl or large zippy bag to take your pasta home in
