Big ones, little ones, bumpy ones, smooth ones - the cucumbers have arrived and they're taking over! Put them in their place - in a jar with tasty brine.
In this class we'll discuss different techniques for pickling cucumbers and creating flavors that'll keep you in summertime flavor through the winter. We'll cover everything from the oldest techniques to new flavors with these recipes:
Traditional fermented kosher dills
Canned garlic and dill pickles
Bread and butter pickles
Beer pickles
Bring a pint jar to class and you'll get to take home a jar of pickles.
