It's much too hot and there are way too many hot peppers! With some preservation tricks you can keep the heat coming through the cold winter months. Jalapeños to ghost peppers, these recipes cover the top range of the Scoville Scale and will even convert some heat-phobics into pepper-lovers. We'll make:
Smoked Peppers
Hot Pepper Pickles
Bourbon Preserved Peppers
Fermented Hot Sauce
Thai Pepper Glaze
Hot Guac Ice Cream
Frozen Peppers
We'll cover easy techniques and food safety tricks to keep your harvest going.
