Do you have a perfect beach photo except for that fat man in a speedo in the background? Or maybe you'd like to get rid of ALL of the tourists in your photo of the Eiffel Tower? In this class, we'll cover common touch-up techniques in Photoshop and have a lot of fun doing it.
This class is will cover:
-Removing acne and other blemishes (Spot Healing)
-Removing unwanted background elements (Cloning)
-Adding or replacing elements (Layers, Masking)
This class will cover Photoshop basics for photographers. We'll learn about layers, masks and other pertinent tools that are useful for photo editing, but will not be an all-encompassing class covering *every* Photoshop tool.
After this class you'll be able to do both serious and humorous Photoshop edits, improving your photography or perhaps just your internet memes.
Students in this class are required to bring their own laptop with Photoshop installed. You are allowed to sign up without a laptop, but it is *not* recommended.

I've been working with photoshop for nearly 10 years and love projects both serious and fun. I'm excited to teach Photoshop skills that will do both - great touchups for your serious photography, as well as how to make some fun photoshop edits that will get your friends and family to laugh.
We learned the very basics of Photoshop. How to use the following tools: lasso and content aware fill, spot healing brush, clone stamp, move, and editing in layers. I had never even opened photoshop before and I left the class feeling like I could get started on some of my photos!
