In this workshop trained chef and baking instructor, Kristin "Baker Bettie" Hoffman, will walk you through the process of baking bread by hand. You'll learn exactly what all of the ingredients do and why they play such an important part in the process. You'll learn the basic mixing methods and master recipes that we will use to shape and bake a variety of breads. This is a hands-on workshop, and you will be making and baking your own breads to take home with the chef's guidance.

This class will be catered to those who are brand new to the bread baking process, but all are welcome and even more experienced bread bakers will enjoy the class!

Kristin "Baker Bettie" Hoffman is a trained chef, baking science geek, and the baking instructor here at BakerBettie.com.
