Many people say that breakfast is their favorite meal, yet few people actually take the time to prepare it. Breakfast is more than just bacon and eggs; it can incorporate global flavors, gourmet ingredients, and elegant presentations. The best part is; breakfast ingredients are affordable! With a few pointers and deceptively simple recipes, you can create lavish, delicious breakfasts in your own home.
In this class, students will learn techniques for creating an elegant, creative and delicious breakfast or brunch menu. Students will learn how to make baked french toast, omelet pinwheels, candied bacon, and more. Students will sample various recipes throughout the course of the class; it's breakfast for dinner!
Students will leave the class with the skills necessary to create beautiful, elegant and impressive breakfast recipes that will wow family and friends.
Upon completion of the class, Dabblers will receive a recipe packet, a stack of gourmet pancakes to take home, and newfound confidence in their cooking abilities.
Enthusiasm and an empty stomach!
