Thomas is the owner operator of Pinch Spice Market. He has been cooking since he was 6 and has a passion and love for food that he loves to share with others. He started getting into charcuterie about 8 years ago, and it is one of his favorite forms of cooking. Thomas is new to this teaching thing, but he guarantees you will have a blast and you will walk away from the class with some new knowledge.
The class was great. Shoebox not only shared his first hand experience for making the corned beef, which was much more helpful than just reading instructions or a recipe online, but also was very knowledgeable about the spices that were used. The class was casual and instructive. I would recommend it to any of my friends.

Great class - hands on, informative and most importantly - got to taste the fruits of our labor! Really took the guess work out of this seasonal dish and gave me the confidence to make it at home. Can't wait to see what's next!
