Welcome culinary aficionados! Let me introduce myself.
Every since I was a little girl, cooking fascinated me. I’ve been making my own dishes since I was 8 years old and still 20 years later, cooking with a passion to experiment. Basing my recipes on all my knowledge of cooking, baking, sauteing, etc etc that I’ve gained over those years, I tend to alter recipes with new ingredients or different portions of those ingredients and encourage my students to do the same - finding their own “style” because what is life but an adventure to be nourished.
Peace, Love, and Bon Appetite,
Charlotte
Charlotte is great! Fantastic with instruction - always explains the why of a technique when teaching the class what to do. Our crepes were very tasty and I’m definitely confident I can try these at home. Charlottewas also very accommodating with different diet restrictions/preferences.

We attended the class as a family for Mother’s Day and had a great experience. Our instructor was welcoming, personable and organized. Instead of sitting at an overcrowded, overpriced brunch, we got to make and eat crepes together. My mom loved it and now we all have a new skill. 10/10 would recommend.

Charlotte and her aunt were friendly, chatty, genuine and well prepared for this class. The time flew by as we made many different kind of tan bing and tried them with many different filling combinations. A fun different night out!
