Indoboard Yoga Bootcamp at Brooks Park in Chicago!


IndoBoard Yoga was developed by Standup Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga Instructor & Certified Master Indoboard Trainer, Mary Lou Cerami, EPIC Yoga Flow.

By incorporating balance & strengthening poses using the Indo Balance Board, you will improve endurance, develop incredible balance skills and train your body in a totally different way.

While practicing balance moves on an unstable surface we utilize over 85% of the muscles in the body!

This open-level class is structured for anyone looking to improve balance, seeking a new challenge, or to try something different and fun. Balance training is a great compliment to your fitness or yoga practice, cultivating whole-body awareness and strength. This all-levels friendly class is open for anyone looking for a fun whole-body workout.

Indo Balance Boards will be provided for use during the event. You just need to bring yourself, comfortable clothes and a positive attitude.


What to Bring

Just bring along a yoga mat or towel if you don't have a yoga mat.

Minimum age

18 years or older

Indo balance board provided, weights and kettlebells also provided

Mary Lou Cerami is a Level 2 certified ACA Paddleboard Instructor. An avid paddler and outdoor enthusiast, Mary Lou combined her love of nature and teaches Stand up paddleboard, SUP Yoga and SUP with your PUP classes. As an instructor, her main focus is on introducing the sport of SUP to all levels, beginners included, while creating a safe, fun and totally memorable experience throughout.

You can find Mary Lou every summer at Kayak Chicago's Montrose Beach location teaching SUP Yoga and Paddleboard workshops from early spring to late fall. During the off-season check out her studio classes and workshops on the Indo Board, a balance board workout that's a great way to train SUP anytime.

    This was such a unique experience for me! The teacher did a great job of encouraging us and it was nice to have all the equipment provided.

    Been to this class a few times. It's challenging, but you'll see a difference every time you go. Keep in mind I have no Yoga background. I signed up originally to help with physical therapy and increase stability for other athletic activities.

    I'll keep going back as long as I can.
