Event Overview

Tap into your inner floral designer and learn how to create a stunning centerpiece. Floral and botanical designer Leelee of Leelee’s Garden will walk you through techniques to make a foam-free (i.e. more planet friendly) centerpiece in an urn or compote. Use these design skills down the road to create arrangements for a dinner party, DIY wedding or a special gift for yourself.  

If you’ve taken our floral basics workshop in the past, we’ll have more special blooms to play with and new techniques to focus on shape and texture. New to Leelee’s Garden? Don’t worry, no experience necessary. 

 In addition to learning the skills for creating a design, we’ll also talk about tapping into your creativity and approaching floral design, even as a hobby, as an art and even meditation.   Take a break from your busy week and step into an evening of blooms.

You'll take home with you with a lush design, a compote container you can reuse for future projects, and a kenzen or floral frog.
