Took this last year but didnt get a chance to leave the review. The time was wrong on the listing so we only were able to stay for half of tour due to another engagement. So much delicious food, would love to finish it another time

I booked the Argyle & Andersonville Global Food Tour for my bestie's bachelorette party and we had a great time. There was a nice mix of food, history and walking around. The tastings were all good, and I think we loved the Vietnamese summer rolls and Glogg slushies the most.

Learned a lot on this tour! I did not expect the history and culture of the neighborhoods to be covered as much as the food was, and it was a great blend. Very professional guide and an enjoyable day. Excellent variety of tastings!

We've lived near the Argyle and Andersonville neighborhoods for a few years and had no idea about some of the gems in our backyard! Phyllis is a fantastic guide who introduced us to restaurants and dishes we would not have found on our own. She pairs the culinary delights with historical context and interesting anecdotes for the locales on the tour. I highly recommend it!

Very informative. We covered a good amount of ground, ate tons of great food, and found several hidden neighborhood gems. I would definitely recommend this tour.

My sister and I live in Chicago and wanted to entice our mom, a good writer and our sister, a food blogger to visit. I suggested this food tour after seeing it on Dabble. Having taken everyone on a food tour before that was a bust, stakes were high. This tour gave me serious cred! It was AWESOME! Phyllis is lovely, knowledgeable and a wealth of knowledge! We ate delicious global cuisine and learned so much about Chicago history in the process! I would highly recommend this exceptional tour!
