    My friend and I really enjoyed the set-up of this class. The instructors were open, friendly, engaging, and informative. The class topic was spot-on with this year's especially rough cold and flu season. I really enjoyed learning about all of the different medicinal and herbal supplements in addition to the nutritional benefits of various spices and seasonal produce. I look forward to recreating the recipes shared in my apartment & look forward to future classes at the LP Whole Foods!
