Event Overview

For your sanity, it’s so important to indulge and eat junky Chinese food, but in reality, it’s one of the worst things you can put in your body. Most of the time whenever you order traditional takeout, it’s loaded with an excessive amount of sugar, carbs, msg and hydrogenated oils.

That's why I'm on a mission to teach you how to create your own Chinese takeout food right out of your own kitchen!

For this hands on class, you will learn:

1) How to make a homemade Asian inspired orange sauce
2) My secret technique for cooking rice perfectly every single time
3) How to shallow fry and get that nice puffed coating on your chicken (just like the restaurants)
4) Tons of fun cooking tips and tricks to take home with you!

This class is for people who want to learn how to cook in a light-hearted, DIY environment! My classes our small enough that each person will need to come prepared to participate and cook up a storm!

    This was an awesome class! First, Erica is the consummate professional and everything was very well planned and very well organized (a great sign that things will go smoothly). Erica had everything that was needed and was not scurrying around trying to find items at the last minute. Lest you think this professional was too "stuffy"....she was absolutely not! We had a great time and this recipe is a keeper and will be made in my kitchen moving forward. I can't wait to see what the cauliflower pizza crust class is like, I'm going next week! Erica provided all the right stuff, including tips and tricks, and even a little surprise bonus at the end. Erica, loved the class, loved the recipe, and loved meeting both you and Michelle.
