This was a really enjoyable class - good mix of watching demonstrations, learning about the ingredients, and making the treats. We even got to make our own vanilla extract. The treats were really tasty, and they were all relatively healthy. This class was at the Whole Foods Lincoln Park kitchen, which is a great cooking classroom.
The class was a little haphazard at times, with different groups making different things at slightly different paces, so it was occasionally a bit of a free for all and felt disorganized, but the instructor would bring us back together to talk about the next part.

The Naturally Sweet Holiday Treats class was great! It was a mix of demo and hands-on. We learned how to make 4 really great treats. I learned new skills and secrets like how to make vanilla extract and how to pop amaranth. The dot cookies are literally my favorite treat ever!

A great demonstrative class that included hands on portions -- the teacher brought cute bags and bottles to bring home what was made easy for gifting. The teacher wrote the recipes and they're vegan/GF but very easy to make and she offered many modifications.
