Event Overview

Do you eat? We all do. Do you get naked? Of course you do! Unless you're a never-nude and then there's a whole other conversation we need to have.

In a small group discussion & lecture style class, find out what foods to eat and what foods to avoid to look your best undressed. Focusing on foods that decrease bloating, increase your glow, and smooth your skin, this class will teach you how to treat your body before baring it all.

Students will walk away with recipe ideas, shopping list suggestions, and tips and tricks to make their body look it's best through healthy, slimming foods.

    So I think this was a good class to get some good tips on what to do to "look good naked" and to just look good/live well in general. The food suggestions and recipe suggestions were definitely doable. You could tell Michelle was really knowledgeable on the subject of food and nutrition because if a difficult question got asked she was able to answer easily and concisely. Definitely recommend this class for some great info!
