Is there a stack of self-help books that you'd hope to read collecting dust on your bedside table? Have you thought about hiring a health/happiness/life coach, but think you can't afford one?
In this 4-week group coaching series, you'll have the chance to embrace your inner self-help junkie, create a community of positivity around your dreams, and still keep some cushion in your wallet. Each coaching session revolves around a different theme pre-chosen by the group's requests. Common choices for group coaching include: love & relationships, career & finances, self-love & improvement, and stress-management. Sessions involve group therapy-style discussions, mindfulness meditations, manifestation exercises, and sometimes little self-help homework.
Coaching in a group allows members not only to engage with a greater sense of self-worth & confidence, but also in a greater sense of community, recognizing that we all need a little help turning to the right page sometimes.

Michelle Shea Walker is a happiness enabler, manifestation coach, reiki delivery girl, and registered yoga instructor who thrives on sharing her holistic tips for greater health & happiness. Following the great success of her Manifestation Friday Night classes, Michelle found that several students were calling out for more of her guidance, not just around how to manifest their dreams, but about life in general. Thus, the Pick Your Own Path Group was born. Maintaining the same good vibe support of the group found in Manifestation Friday Night, but allowing for more expansive topics into the areas of love, dating, health, wellness, career, finances, or whatever else might come up. Michelle embraces the opportunity to add in balance to her sessions, including group meditations and happiness homework to continue the positive vibes even outside of the group meetings.
