During the class you'll learn about the differences between juices & smoothies, the benefits & shelf life of both, taste different combinations, and experiment with making your own. Each Dabbler will make 2 drinks of their choice which you can take home and enjoy!
Making green juice & smoothies does not have to be complicated or time consuming! Come learn how you too can establish this healthy habit into your everyday routine.

Lindsey Fox is a world traveler, yogi, and foodie, bravely pursuing her gut instincts about work and food - sometimes even combining the two. Lindsey fancies herself a home chef and one of her super powers is her ability to make a meal out of anything in the fridge and cabinets. Lindsey loves displays of gratitude and is genuinely thankful for selfless acts both big and small in this world.
