Making almond milk is fun, healthy, and easier than you think. I first got into it because I wanted to consume less dairy and avoid the preservatives used in commercial nut milks. Not to mention, it's super yummy.
From soaking, to blending, to squeezing, to dehydrating, to baking, to drinking... learn how fast and easy it is to make tasty homemade almond milk!
During the class you'll learn about almond milk, why store bought isn't the best, you'll taste different flavors of homemade almond milk, and experiment with making your own. Each participant will make 2 quarts of almond milk which you can take home and enjoy!

Excellent class with a nice group of women. I can't wait to start making almond milk (and other nut milks) at home now!

Fantastic class! I never really dug commercial almond milk, and then I'd had some homemade and I was hooked. Commercial almond milk always created a texture issue for me (I prefer it a little thicker to approximate whole dairy milk), but in Lindsey's class, I learned how to overcome this issue and make the almond milk I wanted, not the watered-down store bought version. It was fun to try and play with the flavor add-ins too - I loved the tasters without having to make a whole batch of something I might not love.

She created an amazing space for us to dabble in making nut milk and friends! Thanks Lindsey!
