Fresh pasta is surprisingly easy and fun to make and tastes remarkably better than dried pasta.
In this class Dabblers will learn how to make various types of pasta from simple doughs, including ravioli, papperdelle and tagliatelle. The focus will be on the pasta itself, though preparation of various sauces and fillings will be explored as well.
The class will be experiential and taught through participation. At the end of the class, we will enjoy the freshly made food and have an informal discussion. Feel free to BYOB!

Brandon was informative, engaging, and most importantly, made homemade pasta-making approachable. BYOB and you get to eat your own creation!

One of my favorite Dabble experiences! I walked in knowing nothing about pasta beyond boiling water, and walked out with knowledge and a desire to learn/experiment more. Thank you!

Brandon is currently a graduate student of architecture. While he has some commercial kitchen experience, cooking has been a passion since he was young and most of what he knows comes from experimenting in his own kitchen—including his favorite cooking project: pasta.
