Practice makes perfect! This two-day intensive macaron (mah-kah-ROHN) course is suited for intermediate home bakers, cunilary students and professionals. Master the macaron artisanal craft by learning the history, macaron techniques through hands-on practice making meringue, the "macaronage" process and hand-piping the delicate shells.

Catherine Cooper is Chef/Owner of Bon Macaron Chicago (www.bonmacaronchicago.com). She is from Chicago and earned a diploma in classical French cuisine and macaron production certification from Ecole Ferrandi Paris. She also holds two Master Degrees in education from Lesley College and Boston University in MA.
