Kettlebells are classic pieces of exercise equipment that resemble cannon balls but have a handle attached at the top, and can weigh anywhere from five to over 100 lbs.!
This class will feature a high-energy, anaerobic workout that is guaranteed to make you sweat and leave you energized.
Our instructors will guide you safely through traditional and modern kettlebell exercises such as the Russian Swing, American Swing, Turkish Get-Up, Snatches, Cleans and more. Get ready to get toned! This class is an ALL-LEVEL class and is appropriate for everyone!
A dynamic, full body workout that tones your muscles and builds strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.

What's Provided
Spring will provide any Kettlebells or props needed for the class.

Alex is an awesome teacher who really makes sure you're getting the most out of class. It was my very first kettlebells experience and definitely a positive one. Alex was warm and friendly, made sure you had proper form, and tailored the class to your experience level. We worked on balance throughout class and I was surprised that while it felt low-impact, I was sweating and got an incredible workout at the same time! Don't be afraid to be vocal, ask questions as to what kettlebell weights you should work with, and let Alex know how to get the most from your workout! He's great!
