Event Overview
Yoga Basics is a Vinyasa Yoga Flow Class with an emphasis on alignment, breath, and modifications. This is a slow and focused class. Perfect for those who are new to yoga and want to build a solid foundation in their standing poses, sun salutations, gentle back bends, twists, and beginner inversions. The class is also suitable for more experienced practitioners looking to get more in tune with how to individualize their practice for maximum benefits.
You are welcome to bring your own mat, but Spring will provide any mats and props needed for the class.
