Event Overview

This class is ideal for beginners of all fitness levels and does not require any prior experience.  We will focus on Pilates fundamentals, as well as, the safe and effective use of different Pilates equipment such as the Reformer, Chair, and Tower. We will align, strengthen, tone, and lengthen the entire body and prepare a solid Pilates foundation to help you advance your practice to the next level.

 

After completing 2-4 Intro/Level 1 classes, you will be ready to join our regular Level 2/3 classes.

Spring a community fitness and wellness center located in the heart of Chicago's Northcenter neighborhood. We have a fully-equipped Pilates studio offering private Pilates training, small group Reformer(+) classes and mat Pilates classes. In addition to Pilates, our personal trainers specialize in gymnastics strength training (GST), TRX, and Kettlebells. We offer Yoga, with a focus on Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga, as well as, Taiji and Qigong classes.
