Learn the art of making Sushi with expert sushi Chef Sam.
This 30 minute class will leave you rolling with excitement! Each person will have the opportunity to make and enjoy their own rolls. This class teach you basic knife cuts, allow you to choose your own ingredients, spread your own rice, and create the perfect maki roll!
As a souvenir, each person will take home a new maki roller, too!

Chicago native, Chef Sam considers herself a professional eater. Her career as a sushi chef started 6 years ago and in that short time she has had the opportunity to work under the best sushi chefs in the city, including working at a prominent sushi restaurant located in Downtown Chicago. She also spent 4 years as a private chef, where she gained skills in teaching and food education.
