Fall is here and that means it PIE SEASON!! This hands- on class will teach you how to make apple pie the way my Italian grandmother did! Each person will make their own pie crust, and filling and get to take your beautiful pies home ( if you don't eat it first:) ! We will also have delicious cider to enjoy made from Mick Klug Farms in St. Joseph,Michigan.
Feel free to BYOB! Also, please bring a peeler and an apron if you have one.

Chicago native Chef Sam considers herself a professional eater. Her career as a sushi chef started 6 years ago and in that short time she has had the opportunity to work under the best sushi chefs in the city, including working at a prominent sushi restaurant located in Downtown Chicago. She also spent 4 years as a private chef, where she gains skills in teaching and food education.
