The class itself was okay. However, all participants were sent to the wrong location, and therefore, the class time was basically cut in half. The instructor handled this very well once all had arrived at the correct location. I am uncertain of whether this was an error on dabbles part or on the instructors part.

Chef Samantha was great! She created a very fun, positive atmosphere. The class was an intimate 8 people, so the chef had time to instruct each attendee one-on-one, which was great. She had an abundance of fresh ingredients and did a great job of managing the class and keeping the rhythm moving as we only had an hour to enjoy the art of sushi making. Thanks for a great class and a great experience.

I loved this class! Samantha fit so much information in for a one hour class, and left us ample time to practice rolling sushi ourselves. I also loved the chill atmosphere of being in an apartment. I previously thought that making sushi at home was something I could never master - this gave me the confidence to try it on my own.

Do you love sushi? Do you want to learn how to make it at home in a fun & relaxed atmosphere? Then this is the class for you. Learn the basic ingredients and then roll, roll, roll your way to deliciousness! chef Samantha is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I went by myself - but this would make a great date night activity!

I thought it would be super difficult to make sushi, but Chef Samantha explained everything (and showed me again even) to make it a fun and enjoyable experience. I was able to make three different rolls and could experiment with different ingredients she had for us. She also has to-go containers, which was a nice touch.

This was a great class! Samantha was very kinda and helpful. And I messed up my sushi roll terribly but she helped me fix it :) I definitely recommend taking this class!

Four ladies and I took a class with Samantha as a part of my sister's bachelorette party. It was a blast and a highlight of the evening for us. We brought ingredients to make pisco sour cocktails and thoroughly enjoyed Samantha's great instruction in sushi-making. She began by giving us a tutorial on making sushi rolls and then gave us some additional tips as we made our own. We each made at least three yummy rolls and had leftovers to take home. She used a very tasty blue crab stuffing in addition to many pre-chopped veggies! She went the extra mile to make our celebration special and snapped a few group photos of us to commemorate the time together!

Boyfriend and I went for the sushi making class. Loved the instructor and the setting was odd, but cozy. Would definitely recommend it. Good introduction to sushi making before you want to to spend a lot of money on other classes.
