Fun, easy going and overall great workshop in a beautiful studio space. We learned some basic watercolor techniques, painted couple succulents together, and then one more on our own. It was a beautiful studio setting with lots of attention to detail and plenty of space. Audrey had some home baked cookies for us and lovely snacks, and after we were done - some champagne, plus nice gifts to take home. I love Audrey's teaching style, she is fun and engaging, great at sharing tips and encouraging us to explore. I had a great time and would love to take another class with Audrey.

Audrey is a wonderful instructor, and I truly enjoyed learning some of her techniques. My only complaint is I wish the class was longer. :-)

I decided to sign up for the Watercolor Basics: Cacti & Succulents workshop to improve my watercolor painting skills and learn techniques for painting desert plants. Audrey was an excellent instructor and covered a wide variety of topics including planning a color palette, wet on dry and wet on wet techniques, water control, paint layering and how to use bleed-proof white paint. The venue was cozy and intimate, and Audrey made us feel welcome with homemade snacks, personalized name cards and beautiful goodie bags. In addition, we were given a palette of high quality Winsor & Newton watercolor paints, Winsor & Newton paint brushes and high quality Canson cold-pressed paper to keep for future practice. I highly recommend this this Dabble class as I learned a lot and I hope that Audrey leads more workshops in the future.
