Event Overview

Does the language and terminology around wine just seem so complicated that it's not worth the bother? Do you find yourself at a loss trying to explain the type of wine you like in a restaurant or wine shop?

This Dabble class will give you all the tools you need to master the basic terms. It's not about being a wine expert, it's about being able to describe what you like and enjoy the right wine every time! We'll start by reviewing wine labels - besides the pretty pictures, the label can give you a lot of helpful information. Then, students will move to tasting wines, and you'll be speaking like a master Sommilier in no time!

Each student will walk away having tasted a variety of wines, and with a glossary of terms you can take home to reference in the future. The class will be open for Q&A, so please bring any questions you might have and we'll get them cleared up right away!
