Create an ongoing practice through meditation and movement to explore your relationship with the natural world. Discussion sessions will provide opportunities to reflect on how sitting and movement practices affect us and our thoughts. This class includes a chair yoga session led by Jane Musgrave of Ganesha Yoga and Adventures in Fitness. Chair yoga involves traditional yoga poses, modified so that they can be done in a chair, and is accessible for seniors and those who may have limited mobility.
Wear comfortable clothing.

Jane Musgrave is co-owner of Ganesha Yoga and Adventures in Fitness. In 2012, Jane completed her 200 hour certification with Suddha Weixler of the Chicago Yoga Center. Jane strives to offer yoga in a very accessible way, and to help you figure out how to make yoga work for you.
The instructors really went out of their way to give us information on the meditation. In particular I really liked and connected with the chair yoga instructor!
