Are you nervous to try aerial fitness? Never been in an aerial hammock before? Or, looking for a quick refresher? In this 30-minute Intro to AIR® class, you will be introduced to the principles of using aerial hammocks for fitness - including body alignment, different hand grips, and wrist wraps, transitions, modifications, and terminology. This class is not designed to be a workout, but it will definitely test your strength, mobility, and balance. You will learn how to perform a few basic aerial moves and inversions taught in our entry-level class, AIR® Foundation, and have the opportunity to ask questions as we break down each pose.
This class is NOT designed to be a workout and we suggest signing up for the AIR® Foundation class that is immediately following.
