Tigelle | An Interactive Dinner
16 Have Dabbled
Food & Drink
Meet the Tigella—your new favorite Italian food you’ve never heard of. It’s a doughy, grilled, English-Muffin-like flatbread that we’ll use as a canvas for charcuterie, cheeses, and then Nutella. It’s an Emilia-Romagna tradition you’ll have to experience for yourself.
Join us as we learn to roll out Tigelle, grill them at the table, and then eat 12 each. Bring a date, some co-workers, your neighbors… it’s a dinner party for new and old foodie friends alike.
Featuring:
Dream of Green "Bubbly Bar" with hand-crafted mixers to pair with rosé, white wine, and light beers
Il Porcellino "Colorado Cured" meats, salumi, plus local cheeses
After-dinner Coffee Liquer Tasting
BYOWine / Beverage of choice. Zach will supply everything else.
All ages welcome
All food, cooking materials, and accordion music.
