Chewy, pillowy, potato-pasta, fluffy goodness! However you define gnocchi, there's no secret it can be a pain to make. So whether you are starting your gluten free (gf) voyage, looking to learn more recipes, or simply love gnocchi, this class is for you! We've made a gnocchi recipe our gf and gluten eating friends love and want to share it with you!
We will be making gnocchi, talking about some shaping techniques, and enjoying a glass of hard cider from Stem Ciders (over 21+for cider). You'll be taking your batch of gnocchi home with you and we'll include some recipes for cooking and serving those tasty morsels.
This is a hands on class and gf flour is sticky so bring an apron and a desire to learn gnocchi making!
Come prepared to learn how to make gnocchi and leave with your very own gnocchi to share (or not, we don't judge), recipes for making them again, and sauce suggestions to get the most of your homemade gnocchi experience!
*This recipe is gf but it is NOT vegan as we need a binding agent and eggs are the easiest option.
**While this class is focused on gf gnocchi, you will be able to make non-gf gnocchi with the take-home recipe.
An apron!
All ages welcome
All potatos, eggs, and flour to make gnocchi and a glass of cider (21+) is included in the class

Kassia owns Kassia's Pasta Farm and makes local, organic pasta and ravioli for Denver and the surrounding areas. She loves making, talking about, tasting, and slinging pasta. She grew up making pierogies and since then has branched out (even though pierogies are still a favorite fall food of hers) into different types, shapes, and ways to love pasta!
In the past years she has received requests for g.f pastas and classes and is happy to finally announce there will be a g.f. Gnocchi class in June! After running numerous batch tests for taste, texture, and cooking ease with gf and gluten-eating friends, she is confident that this gnocchi recipe will knock your socks off!
