Event Overview

Join our macrame workshop, relax and have fun making something useful and beautiful! We'll gather and create a simple macrame plant hanger with the very talented and magical Sara Brinson. She grew up watching her mother and grandmother creating macrame and now wants to share her passion with you. Sara says when she starts to make a piece, she goes into this calm and magnificent space of focused joyful creation.

Learn the relaxing, almost meditative techniques of macrame with Miss Brinson! What is macrame? It's the art of tying knots to create both beautiful and useful pieces for your love nest. In this workshop, you'll learn the essentials & get to put your new skills to the test completing one macrame plant hanger.  My intention is to teach you the basics, and scoot you a little closer towards your inner creativity.

• In this class you will receive premium supplies and all of the tools will be provided to curate one macrame plant hanger. 


• This will be a guided class, which means that Sara will be there to teach and hold your hand every step of the way. 


• You will learn multiple knots and techniques to add to your crafting tool belt.


• Leave with a useful & timeless piece of art as well as the confidence you need to create your own masterpiece at home

At your request, Sara can provide a plant and pot for you to choose from to bring home to place in your hanger for an additional cost. ($15 payable at event)
