They may have been making wine for thousands of years over in Europe, but still it can seem so confusing to understand the labels! Don't you ever wonder what makes those wines so famous? So inspirational to other wine regions?
In this class, you will get a brief introduction to Europe's most famous wine countries: France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Austria and Greece. Even if you've no idea what 'trocken or 'mis en bouteille' means, we will teach you how to size up a Euro wine by providing a couple key tips in the trade. That way, navigating the wine aisles won't be so daunting!
We want to break it all down for you to make these incredible wines a little more... palatable if you will. Find out why they have held onto their prestige in light of an ever developing global market that has recognized the value of other competitive regions in the world. Because really, there's nothing quite like a bottle from the lands that made this beverage so darn loved.
