Event Overview
Truckers threatening to strike. Food supply possibly interrupted. Fights breaking out at grocery stores over food items. Seed companies only selling to farmers. Can you feed your family? Take things into your own hands and learn how to grow a garden that will come up quickly and abundantly to relieve some stress. This class is all about feeding you and/or your family with food that you grow in your own yards. You'll learn how to get a garden up and going in less than an hour with the perfect soil that will guarantee success. It's all organic. There's no heavy digging, no hard work, no weeding, and no thinning. You'll produce 100% of the harvest in only 20% of the space that would normally come from a traditional row garden. You'll save over 90% of your seeds from the first year to use in subsequent years.
This will require you to spend some money on soil that is a one time expense. Because of its perfect soil, everything grows. By learning how to be a successful square foot gardener, you'll see that you can feed your family out of your gardens for at least 6 months out of the year. Freshly harvested organic lettuce and other salad greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, melons, herbs, onions, beets, squash, carrots, peppers, radishes, and beans will become all-time favorites. You wont want to buy things from the vegetable and produce section again. You'll not only save a lot of money, but you'll also feed your family with safe and better-tasting food that you grew yourself, and you'll know how it was cared for. No more worrying about food recalls. No more worrying about how plants were watered. You take control of your food.
Imagine cutting your food expense for six months. Doing this means you don't have to have a one-year food storage supply. When that happens, you not only cut expenses, you also cut down on the room(s) you're using to store all this storage. You can learn to cut it in at least half, and save room in your home.
This class covers: how to have a garden up and harvested quickly, vertical gardening, a planting guide, how to build the perfect soil, and an easy way to protect your gardens to start earlier and to go later.
For those not wanting or having the space for a garden, I'll be teaching about grow bags and how to have a productive garden with those
THIS CLASS IS VIRTUAL. IN THIS WAY YOU CAN PARTICIPATE BY SITTING IN THE COMFORTS OF YOUR OWN HOME AND NOT WORRY ABOUT BEING CLOSE TO SOMEOWN WHO MIGHT BE LESS THAN HEALTHY. MORE TO COME ON THIS.
