Want to be in charge of your own healing? Come learn powerful acupressure points in a fun, round-table, holistic event.


Acupressure (like acupuncture) is a powerful tool for dealing with health issues such as chronic pain, arthritis, muscle and nerve discomfort, acid reflux, back, and arm strains, headaches, digestive problems, painful menstrual cramps, grief, low energy, etc.


These points connect to all parts of the body and its organs. Acupressure is based on the ancient understanding of meridians and life flow (Qi) running throughout the human body.

In this workshop, you will learn how to use acupressure points for healing. You will learn how to apply pressure to some of the most popular, powerful pressure points. You will learn the thumb walk, clockwise and counterclockwise techniques, ischemic pressure (below pain threshold) and working 2 points simultaneously.

Everyone will have the opportunity to share their personal challenges and words of wisdom. The workshop will also include a meditation, light exercise, and tips and samples of healing foods and teas.
